WHY WORK WITH ME?

I lead bold, no-fluff conversations about women’s leadership, burnout, and the cultural shifts shaping how progressive women live and lead today. As a political pundit, speaker, and host of the Ask Ardenia podcast, I offer sharp, honest commentary on the issues that actually matter—from workplace culture and pay equity to conscious living and holistic leadership. My platform is where purpose meets power—and where women are reminded that they don't need permission to take up space.

I’ve been in the White House. I’ve been in the boardroom. Now I’m building my own table—and making sure other women, especially women of color, have the tools to do the same. With lived experience as a corporate executive and now a multi-hyphenate business owner, I know firsthand what it means to juggle ambition, family, wellness, and identity in spaces that weren’t built with us in mind.

Through the Digital Pay Gap, curated directories, and community-centered events like my Juneteenth Women’s Equity Celebration, I’m creating systems of visibility, access, and ownership—because the pipeline is full. We just need better doors.

I connect with my community through what I call the Three Cs: Content, Conversation, and Community. That’s how trust is built—and that’s how we move from inspiration to action.

Representation isn’t a trend. It’s the foundation of everything I do. As a proud Spelman woman, I bring a culturally grounded lens to every collaboration, and I’m intentional about partnering with brands that walk their talk when it comes to equity. I champion Black-owned and women-led businesses—and I’m a firm believer that diverse voices belong at every table where decisions are being made.

And while I love what I do, my most important titles will always be wife and mama. I married my college sweetheart, and I’m raising a brilliant teen daughter (with a fur baby running the house, too).
