About Ardenia

I'm on a mission to help 1 million moms conquer burnout and reclaim their time, their lives/health/’wellth’ and their peace. Through my podcast, events and coaching, I empower women to leverage feminine/holistic leadership for healthier careers, lives and homes. Traditional business and leadership models have failed us and we've got the receipts to prove it: chronic burnout/workaholism; poor work-life balance; a broken food system; social media fatigue; environmental toxins and ‘culture wars’ just to name a few. As a result, modern moms are seeking alternatives that better align with their values and priorities. They want careers that offer greater flexibility. They want brands that care about people and the planet. They invest in businesses that value diversity of thought, culture and ideas. They demand the best, healthiest options/products for their kids. The competition for their attention is fierce and the stakes have never been higher.

Ask Ardenia would love to partner with you to reach our audience of smart, savvy mothers in search of ethical, socially conscious, transparent brands.
I host vibrant and ground breaking conversations around women’s leadership and holistic/sustainable living. From White House Intern to Corporate Executive to Work at Home Mompreneur, I have a unique and nuanced perspective on the complexities of modern motherhood. I’m an advocate for healthy workplaces, healthy homes and healthy families. I leverage the Three Cs–Content, Conversation and Community–to build trust, relatability and rapport with my audience of engaged moms.
I’m a firm believer in the power of diversity and representation in business, leadership and beyond. I leverage this unique perspective and brand voice to build strong brand collaborations through a multicultural lens.  I’m a proud alumnus of Spelman College, the nation’s premier Historically Black, all women’s College located in Atlanta, GA. I’m also a champion for women and mom owned businesses, and advocate for diverse voices having a seat at the table in every facet of American life.
While I cherish my role as a leader and CEO, my favorite roles are the ones I hold at home. I married my college sweetheart and am the proud Mom of a teen daughter and fur baby!
