Ardenia is not teaching theory from the sidelines. She has spent her career at the intersection of public policy, corporate leadership, and Black womanhood — and she understands exactly where good intentions fail without strategy.
Through her work in Motherhood is Political — commentary, coaching, and analysis at the intersection of motherhood and politics — Ardenia has helped progressive women understand that the two have never been separate. She knows how systems are built. She knows how to dismantle them. And she knows how to make that work practical, starting inside your own home.
