50 & Fabulous in ATL: A Birthday Weekend to Remember

I still can’t believe I’m saying this… but your girl is 50!! And let me tell you, if this is what 50 feels like — I’ve never felt more fabulous, fulfilled, or fully loved in my life. 💖

To mark this milestone, I didn’t just throw a party — I curated a weekend retreat full of sisterhood, luxury, laughter, and healing. The theme?

“Ardenia’s 50 & Fabulous in ATL” — and baby, we understood the assignment.

I was blessed to have 14 of my closest sistas fly in to celebrate with me, and from Friday to Sunday, we lived it ALL THE WAY UP. Here’s how the queen’s weekend unfolded:

Friday: Champagne, Drag Queens, & R&B Dreams

We kicked things off with a welcome meet & greet toast, where the champagne was flowing and the hugs were long overdue. That moment set the tone — joyful, celebratory, and full of love.

Then we made our way to Lips Atlanta for a drag dinner show that was everything and more! The queens turned it OUT, and we laughed until our cheeks hurt. (If you’re ever in ATL — GO. No notes. Just go.)

And because we weren’t ready to stop the party, we ended the night with R&B Bingo at the Thompson Hotel. Y’all — it was the perfect blend of nostalgia and pure clownery. Singing your heart out to 90s bops while side-eyeing your bingo card? 10/10 vibes.

Saturday: Wine, Luxury, & Living Our Best Lives

Saturday was all about elegance and indulgence. We started bright and early with Pop the Cork Wine Tours — two local gems, Serenity Cellars and The Cottage, rolled out the red carpet with five-star service, two beautiful wine tastings, and a peaceful countryside lunch.

Then came the moment we stepped into Nobu ATL for a private, curated birthday dinner. And y’all — it was beyond. The food, the ambiance, the energy… and to top it off, we were serenaded by Joy Black, a hip-hop violinist who brought down the house with her talent and vibe. 🎻🔥

But wait — it gets better. After dinner, we headed back for a private Paint & Sip party, because what’s a celebration without a little wine-fueled creativity and laughter? The masterpieces (and the inside jokes) are memories I’ll treasure forever.

Sunday: Soft Life Activated

After two days of joy, connection, and celebration, Sunday was all about rest and restoration. We gathered in a beautiful private event space at the Nobu Hotel, where we nourished our bodies and spirits.

We indulged in:

  • IV therapy for that inside-out glow 💧

  • A soothing sound bath session to realign and re-center 🌊

  • Peaceful stillness and deep breaths to close out the weekend 🤍

We didn’t just treat ourselves — we honored ourselves. Queens supporting queens, pouring into one another, and soaking up every ounce of magic this new season brings.

Final Thoughts: Gratitude, Growth, and Grown Woman Energy

This weekend wasn’t just about turning 50 — it was about stepping boldly into who I am, surrounded by women who know me, see me, and love me unconditionally.

To my tribe who made this weekend unforgettable — thank you from the bottom of my heart. You showed up, showed out, and reminded me that I’m never alone on this journey.

I am 50. I am fabulous. And I am just getting started.

Here’s to more joy. More softness. More celebration. More me.

With love and champagne,
Ardenia 💋
