A free 90-minute workshop for white women allies who refuse to wait on someone to save us. Find out which of the four ally types you are, get the roadmap I call the 7 Cs, and leave with a plan you can use this week. You voted for the right person. Then you sat in a meeting, watched something ugly happen, and said nothing.
Here’s what to do the next time
What you walk out with in 90 minutes
Your ally type
There are four: Nurturer, Advocate, Disruptor, Investor. You’ll find out how you’re actually wired to lead, so you stop trying to show up like somebody else and start showing up like you.
The truth about why this is urgent
The 7 Cs, your roadmap from here
I call it the TEA model: Truth, Ethics, and Accountability. It’s the reason the work feels different once you understand what you’re actually doing.
Confidence. Courage. Clarity. Capacity. Composure. Competence. Catalyst. You’ll see where you are on it and what the next shift looks like for your type.
What to say when someone says something out of pocket
In a meeting, a group chat, or at the dinner table. Not a script. A way to think so the words come. That’s Clarity, and we practice it live.
Proof it isn’t theoretical
Real white women have led exactly this way. You’ll see how Dolly Parton did it for decades without ever making it about her, and you’ll leave with an action plan you can start this week.
Let’s just say the hard part out loud
Nobody is coming to save us.
You thought somebody was going to be the adult in the room. A congressperson. The Supreme Court. Somebody. Nobody’s done it, because everybody at the top is compromised. So now, tag. We’re it. That realization is the seventh C. It’s called Catalyst, and it’s where this workshop takes you.
Voting the right way is where this starts, not where it ends.
Congratulations, you voted for the right person. That’s the bare minimum. The actual work starts when you leave the ballot box. A lot of women said “I understand the assignment” and never read the syllabus. I’m handing you the syllabus.
Voting the right way is where this starts, not where it ends.
Yeah, you can read a book. That’s a great jumping-off point. But at a certain point you’re going to have to start having very real, nuanced conversations, and a book can’t answer the question you were scared to ask out loud. I can. No question is off-limits in my room.
